Why did I get an OpenURL Connection error from an EBSCO resource?

Answer

EBSCOhost article links will sometimes fail and send the user to an "OpenURL Connection" error page.

This is a known issue. Please click on the "Report a Problem" icon in OneSearch and let us know which article did not link properly. We will notify EBSCO of the problem. In the meantime, please search OneSearch for the journal title ― instead of the article title ― open the database by selecting the link within the OneSearch results, and then search for the article title in the EBSCO database.
