The proxy server has security features in place to comply with the agreements we have with database vendors. The “File missing: docs/suspend.htm” error message displays when someone logged into the proxy server downloads an excessive amount of material in a short span of time. The suspension message is to let you know that your account has entered a download cool down stage which prevents further downloading for about an hour. If you continue to receive the suspension message after an hour please use the Troubleshooting and Reporting Online Resource Problems form to notify us so we may assist you.
