I cannot access the databases or my library account. Why would that be?

There are a few reasons you may be experiencing difficulty accessing your account:

Are you enrolled this semester?

  • You must be enrolled in the current semester to access the databases or your library account. For further assistance, please contact LibERM@tamuc.edu

Have you recently changed your password?

  • For help resetting your password, please contact CITE at 903-468-6000.

Have you tried clearing your browser's cache?

  • Sometimes a session can get corrupted which causes later sessions to not load or to load incorrectly.
